My name is Kwabena Dei Ofori-Attah. I am a professor at Central State University, Wilberforce, OH, USA.I have a doctorate in Elementary Education, two master’s degrees, one in Public Administration and the other International Affairs. I am a Research Fellow of the African Educational Research Network (AERN) and the founder of an online journal, The African Symposium (TAS). I have over 15 years of online and on ground teaching experience in Ghana, Nigeria and the United States. Over the years, I have presented several papers at regional, national, and international conferences and published many articles in refereed journals, book chapters, and two articles in the Encyclopedia of Education (2004). Also, I am a member of several professional organizations including the Commonwealth of Learning, The Athens Institute for Educational Research, and the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. I am the author of the book, Going to School in the Middle East and North Africa (2008). My research interests include teacher education, educational technology, higher education, African studies, and comparative education.
